Here's what's up

Just a few updates, nothing overly exciting:

*On the 9th we got moved, dumped all of our stuff in the middle of the living room, and then painted. It was a marathon day but I'm so glad to have it over with. It looks great - it needed to have the paint touched up. We're loving our place and are excited to be settled for a while.

*I got through my hell week training and am happily installed at the Supercuts in Lindon. They're a great company to work for and the money isn't half bad either! I am liking it so far, other than the fact that they use Redken Color. It's not my favorite, but oh well. I'll live!

*We took my Dad to see "Angels & Demons". Loved it! Not as good as the book, but these things never really are. Still loved it. And hey, who DOESN'T want to go watch Ewan McGregor for an hour or so?!? (Ok, maybe that's just me. Seeing and hearing him in "Moulin Rouge!" still brings warmth to my heart)

*Scott is taking Calculus and wants to cry (if he were the crying type he probably would) Anyone great at it that can help him? :)

*I've lost my first 10 pounds on Weight Watchers! I have to share this with my girlfriends who understand the significance. Scott tries to be supportive, but it's difficult for someone who would love to gain weight. So there you have it. Weight Watchers is the bomb!

There you go... our lives are not very interesting. We work, Scott goes to school. Sweet!

Congrats on the 10 pounds! It's tough and I know how you feel - I can totally relate! And for the most part I love calculus ... it's what helped me decide to be a mathematician. :) Too bad I'm in Indiana right now, but we'll be in Utah in about four weeks for the rest of the summer!

you know they say after a death or divorce moving is the third most stressful thing in the UNIVERSE (i'm sure that is the title of the study) I think they should put losing weight up there with death and divorce though, because seriously...
