Pasta Bake

A few months ago I threw some stuff together and made a really good meal that Scott loves! (he's a picky eater so I get excited over things that he actually likes!) It's easy, and makes a lot of food. We have it for dinner, lunch for Scott the next day, and dinner again! Here's what you do:
1lb Ground Beef (I like to use extra lean)
Box Rotini Pasta (in pic above)
Large Can/bottle of marinera sauce (I use a tall can of Hunts Four Cheese Marinera Sauce)
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional ingredients:
Minced garlic (to cook with the beef)
sliced mushrooms
sliced olives
diced tomatoes
Brown ground beef
Cook Pasta according to directions on package.
In a 9x13 pan, mix cooked pasta, ground beef, marinera & tomato sauce (and anything else you want to add). Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 min. or until cheese is melted.
ENJOY!! :)
